ECS chaplains celebrated the 40th anniversary of Spiritual Care Week by thanking hospital leaders and staff who embrace holistic healing in their daily care for others.

Spiritual Care Champions were recognized at each of ECS’ partnering hospitals for their exceptional collaboration and for strengthening the spiritual care partnership to bring presence and compassion to their hospital teams. These champions are an essential link between patient non-medical holistic needs, and the rest of the healthcare team, leading to improved patient experiences and outcomes through the added presence of spiritual care.
